Clear information about how we prepare, pack and post your order, and the terms that apply to every purchase.
Orders are processed within the handling timeframe shown on the individual eBay listing. Once your order has been prepared and dispatched, you will receive confirmation through eBay. Where tracking is included, tracking details will also be added to your order. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will generally be processed on the next available business day.
Estimated delivery dates are provided by eBay and the relevant postal or courier service. These dates are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including public holidays, peak periods, severe weather, postal delays, regional locations or courier disruptions. Mindful Abundance cannot guarantee an exact delivery date once an order has entered the postal network.
Please ensure your delivery name, address and postcode are correct before completing your purchase. Orders will be sent to the delivery address provided through eBay at checkout. For buyer and seller protection, we are generally unable to change the delivery address after an order has been placed. Mindful Abundance cannot accept responsibility for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the buyer.
Where tracking is included, we recommend monitoring your parcel through the tracking details provided on eBay. Please note that tracking information may sometimes take time to update after dispatch.
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us through eBay Messages. We will review the available tracking information and assist wherever reasonably possible. Where required, an enquiry or investigation may need to be lodged with the postal or courier provider before the matter can be finalised.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, failure to collect the parcel or another delivery issue caused by the recipient, additional postage charges may apply if the buyer requests the item to be resent, and this will depend on the stock available.
Every bracelet is carefully prepared for postage. Unless otherwise stated in the listing, bracelets are supplied in a clear 10 × 10 cm protective pouch and securely packaged for delivery. Our packaging is intentionally simple, clean and practical, helping protect your purchase while keeping unnecessary packaging to a minimum. No presentation card or printed insert is included.
Where multiple eligible items are purchased together, we may combine them into one parcel where practical. Any applicable postage charges will be determined through the eBay checkout process.
Where international delivery is offered, buyers are responsible for reviewing the available delivery options and estimated timeframes shown on the listing. Any customs duties, import taxes or local charges imposed by the destination country are generally the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated by eBay.
We take every reasonable step to prepare and dispatch your order carefully and promptly. Once a parcel has entered the postal network, delivery remains subject to the carrier’s operations and circumstances outside our direct control. Mindful Abundance does not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, colour preference, sizing choice or where a buyer simply decides they no longer want the item. Our no-return policy does not exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. If an item is genuinely faulty, damaged on arrival, materially different from its description or otherwise fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee, please contact us through eBay Messages.
Our bracelets are sold using the gemstone descriptions stated in each listing. Unless specifically stated otherwise, gemstones are not independently gemologically certified. Natural stones vary, so each bracelet may have unique colouring, inclusions, markings, texture and appearance.
Mindful Abundance bracelets are inspired by traditional gemstone symbolism and intentions including protection, prosperity, abundance, luck, confidence, grounding, balance and career success. References to crystal properties are based on traditional, cultural and spiritual beliefs. We do not guarantee that any bracelet will create wealth, attract money, improve career outcomes, provide protection, improve health or produce any particular result.
We take care to present our bracelets attractively and clearly. Some promotional images may be professionally styled or digitally enhanced. Actual colours may vary due to gemstone characteristics, lighting, photography and screen settings.
All bracelets are priced at A$40 and all prices are shown in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through eBay checkout. We will never ask buyers to complete an eBay transaction outside the eBay platform.
If you need to cancel an order, please submit a cancellation request through eBay as soon as possible. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.
